Pennsylvania & the Social Work Licensure Compact Pending

A Compact bill has been introduced in Pennsylvania but has not passed. Until it's enacted, Pennsylvania social workers cannot use the Compact, and out-of-state multistate licenses won't be valid in Pennsylvania.

Am I eligible?

Requirements are the same in every member state (Compact model legislation, Section 4): an active unencumbered home-state license, an accredited social work degree, the ASWB exam for your category, an FBI background check — plus, for clinical licenses, 3,000 hours or 2 years of supervised postgraduate practice.
